The Workforce Development Forum is an advisory group to the 国产情色 Board.
Its purpose is to provide two-way communication between our Board and key stakeholders which enables us to be well informed about and responsive to, the leadership, learning and development needs of the sector.
The remit of the forum is:
- to develop for the Board a cross sector high level view of learning and development needs in the sector
- to discuss and debate the needs and issues in the sector to inform our risk register and business plan.
- to advise on wide ranging solutions to leadership learning and development issues within the sector
- to bring knowledge and expertise to inform standards, learning, qualifications and wider workforce development activities and to ensure key stakeholders are identified, consulted and engaged as appropriate.
